Located in the southern part of the Manu National Park, this tour is an unforgettable experience across the Andes (max. altitude on the route is 4300 m.a.s.l./14,108 ft.); and ultimately the trail descends to the edge of the virgin rainforest at 600 m.a.s.l/1,969 ft. Attractions include: Tres Cruces (in the cloud forest) which has the most spectacular sunrises in Peru, up-close views of animals in their natural habitat ; plus various excursions to waterfalls and along the banks of the Madre de Dios River.
