Located in the southern part of the Manu National Park. It is an unforgettable experience across the Andes (max. altitude on the route is 4300 m.a.s.l / 14108 ft.) and descending to the edge of the virgin rainforest at 600 m.a.s.l / 1969 ft.

Sights:

Tres Cruces (in the cloud forest), which has the most spectacular sunrises in Peru, up-close views of animals in their natural habitat, plus various excursions to waterfalls along the banks of the Madre de Dios River.
